30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30-day return window, which means you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new, unused, and original condition, including original packaging and tags. A valid proof of purchase or receipt is required.
Please note:
- Free gifts and promotional giveaways are non-returnable
- Custom-made or pre-order items require 10–15 business days for production and are non-refundable due to their customized nature
- All custom products are still covered under a 1-year warranty for quality-related issues
If your return is approved, we will provide a return address and instructions.
⚠️ Important:
Do not install or modify the product if you intend to return it. Items returned with installation marks (e.g., adhesive foam applied, mounting damage, or reduced resale condition) may not be eligible for refund. All items must be returned in original packaging.
Unauthorized returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

- Items must pass inspection to qualify for a refund
